Rates
- $85 USD
- Rates are based on double occupancy.
- Additional persons have an $25 additional charge per person, per night.
Booking Policy
- All room rates are quoted in USD and include any applicable taxes.
- Payment is due upon booking. Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) are accepted for online payments via our secure portal.
- Minimum stay: 2 nights. Exceptions may be considered, please contact us directly.
Cancellation Policy
- 7+ days prior to arrival: Full refund minus a $25 USD handling fee.
- 3–6 days prior to arrival: 50% of the deposit will be retained.
- Less than 3 days or no-show: 100% of the deposit is non-refundable.
- Non-refundable rate bookings: No refunds under any circumstances.
Changes to reservations (arrival date, room type) must be requested at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability. - Early departures: No refunds.
- Force majeure: In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or events beyond our control, we will work with guests to reschedule or provide a credit toward a future stay.
Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a $25 USD fee.
Smoking & Room Conduct
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and public areas. Violations incur a $50 USD cleaning fee.
- Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM in all common areas.
- Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items in the room.
Room Keys
- Guests are provided with one set of keys: one for the main gate (locked at night) and one for the room.
- Lost keys will result in a $50 USD charge for lock replacement.
Room Occupancy
- All rooms feature double beds:
- 2 Units: Sleeps up to 2 guests
- 5 Units: Sleeps up to 4 guests
Liability & Insurance
- Tomas Hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen events.
Children
- Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
- Rooms are configured for the stated occupancy limits and are not suitable for additional unsupervised children.
